ZDO Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-11-02. These terms are an agreement between you and Mohamad Aslan, an individual (not a registered company) in Ghana (“we”), about your use of the ZDO app and website. By creating an account or using ZDO you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use ZDO.

1. Who may use ZDO

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding agreement. If you use ZDO for someone else you must have their permission.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the e-mail address and password or Google account you use to sign in, for keeping them and your Private Vault PIN confidential, and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@zdomemories.com if you think someone else has access. Give us accurate information.

3. Your content

• You own your photos, videos, voice notes and text. We do not claim ownership.
• You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run ZDO for you (for example storing it, creating thumbnails, showing it to you on your devices and keeping backups). It ends when your content is deleted, apart from the backup period described in the Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for your content and promise you have the right to store it and that it does not break the law or others’ rights. Do not upload content that is illegal, exploits or endangers children, infringes copyright or privacy, or is malicious software.
• ZDO is a private space: we do not publish your content. We may remove content or suspend an account where the law requires, where content is clearly illegal, or to protect people and the service, and we will tell you why where we are allowed to.

4. Free plan, ZDO Pro and billing

• ZDO is free within usage limits: a limit on the number of albums (100 at the date above) and, where we introduce it, a storage allowance, which the app shows. ZDO Pro is an optional subscription, offered in the app in the plans and at the prices shown at the time of purchase.
• Purchases are made through Google Play and are governed by Google Play’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play (Subscriptions); cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies and applicable consumer law. We do not receive your payment details.
• Pro status is checked with Google Play through our subscription provider. If a subscription ends, you keep your content and can still view, export and delete it; Pro-only features and themes pause, and if a limit applies you may not be able to add new content until you are within it or resubscribe. We do not delete your content because a subscription or limit changed.
• We may change plans, limits, features and prices. For changes that reduce what you have already paid for we give at least 30 days’ notice, and the change applies from your next renewal.
• Deleting your ZDO account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play first.

5. Availability and your own copies

We work to keep ZDO available and your memories safe, including regular backups, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and data can be lost despite our care. ZDO is not a substitute for keeping your own copies of memories you cannot replace. You can export your memories at any time from Settings, Privacy & Security.

6. Ending your use

You can stop using ZDO and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy and https://zdomemories.com/delete-account). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, after warning you where reasonable; you may then export your content if the law and safety allow.

7. Disclaimers and liability

ZDO is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (zero for the free plan). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter to you we will tell you in the app or by e-mail before they take effect. If you keep using ZDO after the change takes effect you accept it; if you do not accept it, you can delete your account.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Contact: Mohamad Aslan, Ghana, support@zdomemories.com.
